These words capture the true essence of the Outdoor Craft Show! All exhibitors must meet the Festival's policy that items be handmade or handcrafted. The 2004 Heart of Virginia Festival is witness to an exceptional show featuring more than 65 booths of high-quality crafts. Stroll Main Street and High Street where crafters display something for everyone, including baskets, ceramics, furniture, jewelry, soaps, woodworking, floral arrangements, candles, and much more!
