Welcome to the 24th Anniversary of the Heart of Virginia Festival, a celebration of the arts, crafts, music, and culture of Southside Virginia.

The Heart of Virginia Festival is a community-wide effort, sustained by many volunteers, contributors, and participants from throughout the region. Since 1979, the Town of Farmville has graciously served as its host.

Each year, the Heart of Virginia Festival expands its offerings and adds new and exciting activities. We hope this website helps you to plan your day so you can fit in all there is to see and do.
