WHERE
Starts at Hampden-Sydney College located off of Rt.15, South of Farmville (see map).

WHEN
Saturday, May 6, 2000, Starting at 8:30am.

COST
$10.00 before April 7, 2000.
$12.00 later and on day of race. Please register as early as possible.

PACKET PICKUP
Race packets can be picked up the week before the race at Southside Community Hospital or at Hampden-Sydney from 7:45am to 8:15am on MAY 6, 2000.

PRIZES
A Heart of Virginia 10K T-shirt to the first 100 applicants. Each runner will receive promotional samples and other goodies.

AWARDS - 10:00 AM
Trophies will be presented to the top three overall men and women finishers. Medallions will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in the following age divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, AND 60 & OVER.

Trophies and medallions will be awarded immediately following the 10K.

RACE RESULTS
Race results will be mailed 2 weeks after the race date.

The Heart of Virginia festivities will continue through Saturday with arts, crafts and live entertainment in downtown Farmville concluding with the annual fireworks display at the Farmville Airport.
